Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain your agreement with SpoofHWID when you use our website, accounts, licensing, downloads, support, or Windows privacy software, together called the Service. Read them before creating an account or purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

The important billing points: weekly, 2-week, and monthly plans are recurring subscriptions. They renew at the displayed price and interval until you cancel. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Checkout identifies the selected billing model, amount due, and any future charge before you confirm. Existing prepaid purchases and retired subscriptions keep their original terms. Referral rewards are store credit, not withdrawable money. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, authorize your use, and complete any purchase for you.

Use the Service only on computers and accounts you own or are expressly authorized to administer. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to enter into this agreement for it.

2. What the product provides

SpoofHWID provides temporary, seeded Windows hardware-identifier profiles for the fields and systems supported by the current application. The profile is intended to apply during the active Windows session, with original values returning after a restart. We do not intentionally flash motherboard firmware or promise to change every identifier accessible to Windows, drivers, software, or remote services.

Check the Status page for current product coverage before purchase and use. Guides, search results, older screenshots, and community posts do not expand that coverage. Changes to Windows, hardware, firmware, drivers, security software, or third-party services may affect compatibility.

SpoofHWID is not an anonymity service. It does not hide your public IP address, erase local or remote records, replace account information, guarantee invisibility, reverse enforcement decisions, or guarantee compatibility with every device or service.

3. Your account and license

Creating a website account is free. At registration, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record the document versions and your acceptance with the verified account. Existing customers may be asked to review current documents before starting a new purchase. Accepting account terms does not itself buy a plan, authorize a payment, enroll you in a subscription, or consent to optional referral tracking or marketing.

Each checkout requires a separate confirmation of the selected plan, amount due, and billing model. A recurring plan shows its renewal price and interval. Lifetime Access states that it is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.

While your entitlement is active and you comply with these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the client for lawful privacy evaluation, defensive security, research, development, or quality-assurance work. You do not acquire ownership of the software, brand, documentation, or infrastructure.

Keep your email, application credentials, verification codes, and recovery access secure. Do not share them, including with someone claiming to be support. Report suspected unauthorized access through Support. Unless an authorized reseller agreement says otherwise, you may not resell, rent, sublicense, publish, distribute, or share your account, credentials, keys, downloads, or entitlement.

Access may be bound to an account or device to prevent sharing and abuse. Reset eligibility can depend on the entitlement, previous resets, account state, and security review. We may require email verification, a fresh sign-in, or application credential setup before a sensitive action.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service:

• on a device, network, account, or environment you do not own or lack permission to test;
• to cheat, evade an enforcement action, bypass access controls or licensing, impersonate another device owner, or violate a third party's rules;
• to distribute malware, steal credentials or data, interfere with systems, conceal unauthorized activity, or commit fraud;
• to attack, overload, scrape, or circumvent the security of our website, API, client, licensing, payment, or download controls;
• to obtain access using an unauthorized payment method, fabricated referrals, shared credentials, or refund abuse; or
• in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering do not prevent activities that mandatory law expressly permits. Product availability does not give permission to breach the rules of a publisher, employer, network operator, or other third party.

5. Prices and checkout

The plan, currency, amount due, access term, and billing model are shown before you confirm checkout. Review them and correct any errors before completing the order. Applicable taxes or mandatory charges must be included in, or clearly disclosed with, the final checkout total.

Payments on this website are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction information needed to deliver and manage access, but we do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Use an email address you can access because it connects the purchase to your verified account and service messages.

Prices and availability can change for future purchases. A change does not rewrite a completed one-time purchase or a recurring period already paid for. Any change to an existing recurring price will be communicated as required, with an opportunity to stop renewal before the changed charge applies.

6. Recurring subscriptions

Weekly, 2-week, and monthly plans renew automatically at their displayed intervals until canceled. Calendar-month periods follow the billing date and are not always exactly 30 days. Checkout shows the amount due today, the regular renewal price and interval, and any initial discount or store credit.

By selecting a recurring plan and confirming its price and interval, you authorize Stripe to collect that amount with your chosen payment method at each renewal until cancellation. A previous purchase, account registration, or acceptance of these Terms does not by itself authorize recurring charges.

Retired plans are not offered to new customers. An existing recurring subscription on a retired 3-day or 6-month plan keeps the price and interval that customer explicitly accepted unless it is canceled, changed with valid approval, or otherwise ends under these Terms.

Your account shows subscription status and billing information received from the provider. Additional prepaid time or support compensation, where present, is displayed separately and is not permission to take an undisclosed recurring payment.

Stop future renewals

Open Account, find your subscription, and use the cancellation control before the next billing date. A normal cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access already paid for through the displayed end date. There is no cancellation fee.

If the account control is unavailable, contact Support or email [email protected] and clearly request cancellation. Keep the confirmation. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions, and mandatory cancellation or refund rights still apply.

Failed or delayed payments

Stripe may retry a failed renewal or ask you to authenticate or update your payment method. A failed payment does not add a paid access period. If a later payment succeeds, verified provider records determine the resulting access. Contact Support if payment and access records do not agree. Do not purchase again merely because delivery is delayed.

7. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is paid once and has no scheduled expiry or automatic renewal. For this offer, lifetime means the operating lifetime of the SpoofHWID product and Service, not the lifetime of a particular customer, computer, game, operating-system version, or third-party platform. It does not promise perpetual operation, support for every future Windows release, or the permanent availability of any specific identifier, feature, download, or third-party integration.

Lifetime Access remains attached to the purchasing account while the Service operates and the account remains in good standing. Account sharing, resale, fraud, a reversed payment, or a material breach can result in suspension or revocation as described in these Terms. A future product that is materially separate from SpoofHWID is not included unless its offer expressly says otherwise.

Buying Lifetime Access does not automatically cancel an existing recurring subscription. The website blocks a new lifetime checkout while an active or unfinished subscription is attached to the account. Manage that subscription first or contact Support if you need help moving to lifetime access.

8. Refunds and payment disputes

If a payment is duplicated, incorrect, unauthorized, or not delivered correctly, contact Support with your purchase email and provider reference. Do not send full card details. We review the actual transaction and applicable consumer rights. A payment-provider policy does not replace rights you have against the seller.

Where you have a statutory cooling-off, cancellation, repair, replacement, or refund right, these Terms do not remove it. Accepting these Terms alone does not record a separate consent to immediate digital supply or an acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right is lost. We will not treat it as one.

Turning off renewal does not itself request a refund for a period already paid for. A refund, reversal, chargeback, or confirmed fraudulent payment may revoke access associated with that transaction. This includes Lifetime Access when its one-time payment is returned or reversed. An unresolved dispute may place relevant access under review. Partial refunds can require a corresponding access adjustment.

For a purchase paid partly with store credit, cash and credit are recorded separately. Credit restoration is based on the original split and the verified refund; it is not a cash payment. Duplicate notifications do not restore credit twice. Mandatory consumer remedies take precedence.

9. Referrals and store credit

Eligible customers can share the personal referral link shown in Account. A new customer who accepts a valid referral receives 10% off their first eligible purchase, including an eligible recurring plan's first payment or Lifetime Access. They must accept the referral before checkout, have no previous completed purchase, and complete the purchase within the attribution period. Self-referrals do not qualify. Subscription renewals use the full recurring price and do not repeat the first-purchase discount.

The referrer's reward is 10% store credit on the referred customer's first qualifying paid order, calculated from the actual cash amount paid after the customer's discount and excluding store credit. A fully credited purchase does not create a cash-based reward. Refunds reduce the qualifying amount.

Rewards normally remain pending for the period shown in the referral dashboard. Refunds, disputes, or suspected abuse can reduce, hold, or reverse them. You may not refer yourself, create duplicate accounts to generate rewards, use unauthorized payment methods, or send unsolicited bulk messages.

Store credit is personal, non-transferable, usable only for eligible SpoofHWID purchases, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Credit reserved for an open checkout cannot be spent on another order at the same time. For subscriptions, credit applies to the first payment only and is not automatically applied to renewals.

10. Downloads, compatibility, and updates

Use the authenticated account download or another source we expressly identify. Low-level Windows software can interact with hardware, firmware, drivers, virtualization, security tools, and system updates. Save your work, keep backups, obtain administrator authorization where needed, and understand how to restart or recover your system before use.

Do not disable important security controls merely to force an unsupported configuration. A security product blocking the client is not proof that bypassing the control is safe.

Updates may be needed for security or compatibility. Maintenance, outages, third-party changes, and network failures can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent support for a configuration, or a fixed release schedule. Material changes to current coverage are reported through the website or account interface where reasonably practical.

11. Suspension and ending access

We may limit an account or entitlement when reasonably necessary to protect people or the Service, investigate fraud or a security incident, comply with law, or address a material breach. Serious abuse or unauthorized access may require immediate action. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason or review route through Support.

If we end a recurring service, we will stop future billing and address unused paid time under the circumstances and applicable law. If the SpoofHWID product or Service permanently ends, Lifetime Access ends with it, subject to any mandatory remedy. Account closure does not erase records needed for an unresolved payment, legal obligation, security incident, or claim.

12. Third parties, limits, and contact

We use providers for hosting, security, payments, email, and licensing. Their terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. References to Windows, hardware vendors, game titles, publishers, or security products describe context and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available, without a promise that it will work on every device, change every identifier, avoid detection, preserve a third-party account, or produce a particular outcome. This does not exclude a statutory standard or remedy that applies to your purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by an unsupported configuration, unauthorized use, or a third party's independent action. Where a contractual liability cap is lawful, our total liability for the affected Service is limited to the amount you paid directly for that access during the preceding twelve months, or the price paid for Lifetime Access if that purchase is the affected transaction. This does not apply to fraud, liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

The effective date and version appear above. Purchase records retain the applicable account agreement and the separate checkout confirmation. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated where required. Changes do not retrospectively rewrite completed purchases or remove mandatory rights.

You can save or print these Terms. For account, billing, cancellation, referral, privacy, or legal concerns, use Support or [email protected]. Include enough information to locate the issue, but do not send passwords, verification codes, session cookies, full keys, or full card numbers.

These Terms do not select a governing jurisdiction or waive rights that apply where you live.
