Terms of Service
The terms that govern SpoofHWID accounts, purchases, licensing, acceptable use, device binding, support, updates, and temporary Windows privacy profiles.
Effective 2026-09-02 · Version 2026-09-02
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between you and SpoofHWID for access to the SpoofHWID website, accounts, downloads, support, licensing service, and Windows privacy software (together, the Service). By creating an account, purchasing or redeeming access, downloading the software, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the Service. The Privacy Policy explains how the Service handles personal data.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, authorize your use, and complete any purchase for you.
You may use the Service only on computers and accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to administer. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. What SpoofHWID provides
SpoofHWID provides temporary, seeded Windows hardware-identifier profiles across fields supported by the current application and compatible system. The temporary profile is intended to apply during the active Windows session, with the original values returning after a restart. SpoofHWID does not intentionally flash motherboard firmware or promise to alter every identifier available to Windows, drivers, software, or remote services.
The current Status page is the source of truth for product coverage. Articles, community messages, search results, and older screenshots do not expand that coverage. Hardware, firmware, Windows, drivers, security software, and third-party services can change after a release, so a previously working configuration may require an update or may no longer be supported.
SpoofHWID is not an anonymity service. It does not hide your public IP address, erase files or remote records, replace account information, guarantee invisibility, reverse an enforcement decision, or promise compatibility with every computer or third-party service.
3. Your license
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement, SpoofHWID grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the client for lawful privacy, defensive security, research, development, or quality-assurance work.
Access is time-limited to the duration shown at purchase or redemption. Unless an authorized reseller arrangement expressly says otherwise, you may not sell, sublicense, rent, share, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit your account, credentials, license key, download, or entitlement. You may not copy or redistribute the client or use the Service to operate a competing licensing or download service.
No ownership in the Service, software, brand, or documentation transfers to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by SpoofHWID and its licensors.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use, attempt to use, or help another person use the Service:
- on a device, network, account, or environment you do not own or lack permission to test
- to cheat, evade a ban or enforcement action, bypass an access control, defeat licensing, impersonate another device owner, or violate a third party's rules
- to distribute malware, steal credentials or data, interfere with a system, conceal unauthorized activity, or commit fraud
- to attack, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the website, API, client, licensing system, payment flow, or download controls, except where mandatory law expressly permits limited interoperability research
- to share credentials, resell access without authorization, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or obtain service through a stolen or unauthorized payment method
- in any way that violates applicable law, a court order, or another person's rights
Product availability does not authorize conduct that a software publisher, network owner, employer, school, game operator, or other third party prohibits. You are responsible for understanding and following the rules that apply to your environment.
5. Accounts, credentials, and device binding
Provide accurate information and keep your email, website password, application credentials, verification codes, session, and recovery access secure. Do not share one-time codes or passwords with anyone, including someone claiming to be support. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access through Support.
An entitlement may be bound to an account or device to prevent sharing and abuse. Reset eligibility and limits may depend on account state, entitlement, prior resets, security review, or the licensing service. Do not attempt to defeat a device binding or transfer access outside an available, authorized process.
SpoofHWID may require email verification, a fresh sign-in, application credential setup, or other reasonable security checks before allowing a sensitive action.
6. Purchases, access periods, and refunds
Prices, currency, access duration, and the payment provider are shown before payment. Current website plans are one-time purchases for the displayed access period unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply based on your location or payment method.
Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. SpoofHWID does not receive or store your complete card number. Keep the checkout email accessible because it may be used to associate access with your account.
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, the circumstances of the transaction, delivery or use of the digital access, and any policy presented by the payment provider. To request review of a duplicate, incorrect, or failed purchase, contact Support promptly with the purchase email, time, plan, and provider reference. Do not send full card details. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable right available under applicable law.
A refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, fraudulent payment, or payment-provider cancellation may suspend or revoke the corresponding entitlement. If only part of a payment is returned, access may be adjusted proportionally where supported.
7. Downloads, installation, and system safety
Low-level Windows software can be affected by firmware configuration, drivers, virtualization, security tools, system updates, and hardware differences. Before using the client, save your work, maintain current backups, obtain administrator authorization where required, and understand how to restart or recover the system.
Download only through the authenticated SpoofHWID account area or another path SpoofHWID expressly identifies. Do not disable important security controls merely to force an unsupported configuration. A security product may inspect, quarantine, or block software that interacts with low-level system data; that result is not itself a promise that bypassing the control is safe.
8. Updates, availability, and changes to the Service
SpoofHWID may update, replace, add, restrict, or remove a feature to address security, compatibility, legal, infrastructure, or product requirements. An update may be required to continue using the Service. Planned and emergency maintenance, provider outages, attacks, network failures, and third-party changes may temporarily interrupt availability.
SpoofHWID does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular release schedule, permanent support for a specific title or configuration, or continued availability of a third-party integration. When reasonably practical, material product status changes will be reflected on the website or account interface.
9. Third-party services and rules
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, network protection, email delivery, payments, and application licensing. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact with them.
References to Windows, hardware vendors, software titles, security products, publishers, or payment providers are descriptive. SpoofHWID is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for those third parties unless the website expressly says otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
SpoofHWID may limit, suspend, or terminate an account, entitlement, download, session, or request when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or another person; investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or payment disputes; comply with law; or enforce these Terms.
Where appropriate, SpoofHWID may ask for additional verification or provide a way to contact Support. Serious abuse, fraud, attacks, malware activity, credential sharing, unauthorized resale, or attempts to bypass technical controls may result in immediate action.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not erase payment, security, support, or legal records that SpoofHWID must reasonably retain. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment consequences, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement provisions, continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and with all faults. SpoofHWID disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility.
SpoofHWID does not warrant that the client will work on every device, change every identifier, avoid detection, preserve access to a third-party account, reverse a restriction, or produce a particular outcome. You remain responsible for your device, backups, authorizations, configuration, third-party accounts, and use of the results.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpoofHWID will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, account access, or goodwill; or damage caused by an unsupported configuration, third-party action, or unauthorized use.
Where liability cannot be excluded, SpoofHWID's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the affected access during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow it, including any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized testing, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of an account or entitlement. This section does not require you to cover a claim caused by SpoofHWID's own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes to these Terms
SpoofHWID may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, security practices, or legal requirements. Each version will show its effective date. Material changes may be announced through the website or account interface. A new purchase may require acceptance of the current version. Changes do not retroactively rewrite the legal terms of a completed purchase where applicable law prohibits that result.
15. Contact and resolving a concern
Start with the private Support page for an account, purchase, privacy, or legal concern. Include enough information to locate the issue, but never send a password, verification code, session cookie, full license key, or full card number.
These Terms do not select a governing jurisdiction or waive any mandatory consumer right that applies based on your location. If a concern can be resolved informally, contacting Support first is usually the fastest path.
